Mission Statement

Rapid City Youth Soccer League, Inc. is organized for the following:

  1. The development, promotion and administration of the game of soccer among players under nineteen (19) years of age within the general area of Rapid City, South Dakota.
  2. The objective shall be to provide fair and sportsmanlike opportunities for recreational competition, and, in doing so, to act in all matters to protect the interest of the players.
